R.E.M. To Broadcast Royal Albert Hall Gig On Radio

R.E.M.'s one-off show at London's Royal Albert Hall next month is to be broadcast live on radio by the BBC, on Radio 2.
The band will play at the venue on March 24th, the same day it will be transmitted in its entirety. The gig is part of the birthday celebrations for the Institute Of Contemporary Arts.
Meanwhile, as we reported a few days back, R.E.M. have a headline open-air UK tour mapped-out for late August. Tickets go on sale on Friday (Feb 29th) at 9am. The band will play:
