Foo Fighters Sue Marvel Comics

Foo Fighters are filing a lawsuit against comic giants Marvel for using their music without consent.
The suit says Marvel used "substantial excerpts" of two of the band's songs: Best Of You and Free Me, to promote a new X-Men animated series.
The Los Angeles Superior Court action seeks (an unspecified amount) damages on top of their attorney fees. The suit also asks for an injunction against Marvel using any of their music again.
Foo Fighters won two BRIT Awards earlier this week for Best International Group and Best International Album.
