Hip-Hop producer Swizz Beatz and Dntel are among artists that have collaborated with clothing company Gap to create new tracks as part of their next marketing campaign.
Joining the two names are The Blake, Marie Digby and The Raveonettes, who have all written one of five new tracks related to colours.
Swizz Beatz created Candy Paint, The Blakes wrote Magic (about the colour blue), Dntel made an interpretation of the colour Red, Marie Digby offers up her take of yellow on the track Paint Me In Your Sunshine and The Raveonettes recorded Black / White.
Gap creative director Dennis Leggett says of the new partnership: "Music has always been a significant part of Gap's history, so we're always thinking of new ways to connect with people through music".
"With much of today's music being consumed digitally and shared online, we wanted to create an online experience where people could discover new, original songs and share them with fellow music lovers."
Each of the five tracks (all of which also have their own video) can be heard now on a new specially-made website - SoundOfColor.com.
