Ludacris Sued Over Song Theft Claims

Ludacris is currently in a bit-of-bother with the courts, as three producers have filed a lawsuit against the rapper over claims he has stolen one of their songs.
Anthony Turner, Damon Mayfield and Markus Vick, who are known known as the Boogii Men Entertainment Group, filed the suit in the US District Court last week, which says they sent a beat CD entitled Boogii Men Beats Volume 1 to Ludacris' Disturbing The Peace label during 2004.
After being turned-down, the trio now say that a song on his album The Red Light District called Get Back, bore similarities to one of the tracks featured on their beats CD.
