Jonny Greenwood Might Be Denied Oscar Nomination

Jonny Greenwood might be denied an Oscar nomination for his film soundtrack There Will Be Blood, due to possibling breaking the rules laid-down by organisers.
As the title of Best Original Score suggests, the category requires any scores to consist of original penned material.
Los Angeles Times reports that Greenwood's score might be barred from inclusion as the majority of the music found on the album, was not specifically composed for that film - a large part of the recording is taken from the Radiohead guitarist's BBC-commissioned Popcorn Superhet Receiver composition.
