Public Enemy's output in recent years has been somewhat disappointing when you think of the impact their early albums had. Those diehard fans amongst us must be ecstatic then of the news that the influential rap group have worked with Bomb Squad producer Gary G-Wiz on their next album - due next week.
The Bomb Squad was a collective of hip hop producers during the late 80s / early 90s, who produced most of the group's first albums, so lets hope some of the magic from those earlier records is captured again on How You Sell Soul To A Soulless People Who Have Sold Their Soul.
Public Enemy also enlisted the help of another old skool hero for the LP, in the form of rapper KRS-One and also Redman, who stands in as a producer on the track Can You Hear Me Now.
The tongue-twisting How You Sell Soul To A Soulless People Who Have Sold Their Soul is released on August 7th via SlamJamz Records. This is the artwork and scroll down further if you want the tracklisting.
