New Order Battle Continues

The battle between former New Order bassist Peter Hook and current band members Bernard Sumner and Stephen Morris continues, as Hook has threatened to sue the others.
The news has surfaced after Sumner and Morris issued a statement claiming they will continue the group without him (read about that here).
Now Peter Hook says on his MySpace blog: "This group has split up. You are no more New Order than I am... see you in court."
His blog post continued "You may have two thirds, but don't assume you have the rights to do anything New Ordery 'cos you don't. I've still got a third!"
