Eminem Files Lawsuit Against iTunes

Eminem is taking legal action against Apple Computer Inc. and their online download store iTunes, as he claims they don't have permission to make his tracks available for sale.
The lawsuit demands that iTunes removes the songs immediately, but according to The Detroit News, the complaint states that Apple have refused so far.
This isn't the first time Eminem and his Eight Mile Style publishing company has had trouble with iTunes, as in 2004 the company attempted to use one of his songs in an advert.
