Timbaland has hooked-up with Open Labs and will release his own keyboard according to various online reports.
The Timbaland Special Edition MiKo keyboard work-center will include 25,027 presets and 24 gigabytes of premium sounds - although the price tag may put-off a few wannabe producers, as the instrument will retail at $2,967 (about £1,500).
Speaking of the keyboard, Timbaland says: "I've made the new Timbaland Special Edition MiKo with Tim's touch. It's got everything I need in a single box and when I use it, we make masterpieces."
The news comes just a few days after Timbaland scored his first UK number 1 single with the Keri Hilson collaboration The Way I Are - read our review and also watch the video.
