Babyshambles Play Secret London Gig

Babyshambles played a last minute secret gig last night (July 5th) in London and the performance was also filmed for possible future release.
The band took to the stage at the city's Boogaloo bar and played live in front of around 200 fans. Surprisingly, most of the ten track set contained new material from the band's as-yet-released second album (expected later this year to coincide with their arena tour dates).
In the audience were Wolfman and Shane McGowan, front man with the Pogues. During the final song, reports say Pete Doherty sprayed the crowd with beer whilst performing Pipedown.
