Animal Collective Prepare Peacebone Single

Animal Collective are finally set to release their first single since signing with Domino and it's also the first track from their upcoming new album, Strawberry Jam.
The four-piece release the single on August 13th in the UK as a limited 2 track 10" and download - backed by fellow new b-sides Safer.
Talking of the release, Domino say; "Peacebone is a whirligig of Animal Collective's DNA. Clusters of synths, loping rhythms and lyrical bursts of high pitched wonder rushing to fall over each other. Imagine the teenage thrill of a drive-in movie that's happening right now in a different dimension."
In other news, Animal Collective are to play a headline show in London next week on July 11th, at The Coronet in Elephant and Castle in London. We happen to giving away a pair of tickets for the show right here.
