Eamon from Brakes is appealing for information from those who attended Glastonbury Festival, after losing his guitar during the weekend.
The guitar was left outside the Leftfield Tent sometime between 3am and 7am on Sunday June 24th morning. According to Eamon, the guitar is a Gewa Tennesee Bluesbird, not worth very much monetarily (£120).
The item is of priceless sentimental value to Eamon, as most of Brakes' two albums were composed on it.
Anyone who knows of its whereabouts, please contact Rough Trade Records on 020 8960 9888 or email brakes@brakesbrakesbrakes.com with a photo. Eamon will not only come and collect the guitar, but he'll also play you a gig in your front room.
Further details have also been confirmed - "It was in a black case and had a 'Bronze Ace' wooden mic pick up, with the 'Bronze' wording rubbed off."
