Michael Eavis has revealed he hopes Muse will perform at next year's Glastonbury, during a recent interview with the BBC.
Eavis told how he originally asked the three-piece to play at this year's event, but Muse were set on playing their own massive Wembley Stadium shows instead.
The Glastonbury organiser added, "So I said 'Why don't you put it off till next year?'" Eavis also revealed how long he hoped the festival would continue to run for, when he said:
"I'm going to keep on for another 10 years at least I reckon, touch wood and all the rest of it. One day I suppose I will feel my age, will I?"
Glastonbury 2007 will take place this coming weekend.
