Foxy Brown Avoids Jail

Rapper Foxy Brown has avoided jail despite her admitting to a violation of her probation.
Brown broke her probation by leaving New York without permission and also by being charged with battery last month.
The charges could have resulted in a jail sentence for breaking restrictions placed on her.
However, Court Judge Melissa Jackson said she had one more chance, but if you breaks her probation one more time she will serve jail time.
In other news, Foxy Brown claimed she was the victim of police brutality at a press conference earlier this week.
