Timbaland Accused Of Stealing Finnish Producer's Work

Timbaland has been accused of stealing a beat from a muscian in Finland without seeking permission.
The track in question is Do It by Nelly Furtado, which the acclaimed hip hop producer created for her new album, Loose.
However, Finnish producer Janne Suni claims the track samples a melody and beat from his song Acidjazzed Evening that he made six years ago.
Suni has even posted a YouTube video (here) which plays the songs alongside one another so you can hear / see the apparent theft.
If that wasn't enough, Timbaland is also being accused of using the very same song in a ringtone named Block Party, that he made during 2005. Another YouTube video has been posted here trying to prove that.
