Gudrun Gut To Release Debut Album

Gudrun Gut has had numerous releases out in the last few years, both as a solo artist and as a member of groups like Mania D., Malaria! and Matador.
Now the Berlin artist is preparing her first solo album, I Put A Record On, for an April 2nd release through the Monika Enterprise label.
Of the 11 tracks, several have surfaced before like the excellent Move Me and the original version of Girl Boogie which appeared on the Girl Monster compilation (Chicks On Speed).
I Put A Record On also boasts a cover version of Rock Bottom Riser by Smog (watch the video for the original here).
Gudrun Gut is also joined by some familiar names on the LP, such as Manon P. Duursma (from Malaria! and Matador) as well as Thomas Fehlmann who mixed the tracks.
