The View have been banned from the Travelodge hotel chain after causing extensive damages to several rooms back in November, according to reports.
The Daily Record newspaper reported that staff at a Liverpool Travelodge were forced to break into the band's room during their stay in November 2006, so that they could turn off taps and prevent a ceiling from collapsing, due to flooding.
Travelodge sent a letter to the band's management stating they were banned and a bill for about £7000 was also given.
A spokesman for Travelodge said: "The View are banned from every Travelodge in the country."
"We don't care who they are, they acted offensively and were anti-social to other residents. They are not welcome back."
"This rock and roll behaviour is not acceptable. People come to us for a good night's sleep and we have to be mindful of that."
The View meanwhile, are currently enjoying a high chart position with their new single Same Jeans. The track entered the UK charts at number 3 yesterday (January 21st).
