The Gossip Pull Single To Reissue Advert Song

The Gossip have scrapped their forthcoming single in favour of reissuing a past track, due to it being used on a TV advert.
The song in question is the band's best known track Standing In The Way Of Control and if you're in the UK, it's likely you've heard the Soulwax remix of the song being used to soundtrack adverts for the new Channel 4 show, Skins.
The Gossip now release Standing In The Way Of Control on March 5th, with the planned Jealous Girls single now being pulled altogether (it was meant to be out February 5th).
A new video is being made in the US for the single and The Gossip will also be playing at the London Astoria on February 24th.
