Panda Bear Reveals Person Pitch Details

Following a string of vinyl only singles, Panda Bear AKA Noah Lennox, co-founder of Animal Collective has now announced details of his third solo long-player.
The eight track Person Pitch is the follow-up to 2004's reflective Young Prayer, although as shown on his recent material, the new LP marks quite a change in direction.
Of the eight tracks featured, several have been available before, such as the Comfy In Nautica / I'm Not 7", the recent sprawling Bro's and this month's forthcoming split 12" with Excepter (Panda Bear offers the epic 12 minute Carrots).
The Animal Collective run Paw Tracks imprint will be releasing Person Pitch on March 20th 2007. The label feels that "the passing of time will show Panda Bear's Person Pitch sitting alongside the great solo albums of Paul McCartney, George Michael, and Ghostface Killah."
Panda Bear will also be touring in the Spring and Summer, with those dates to be announced at a later date. If all that wasn't enough, you can also hear a free MP3 from the LP on this very site.
