Snoop Dogg Court Case Postponed

Snoop Dogg appeared in court this week, only to have his case postponed until January 24th 2007.

The rapper is currently free on bail of $150,000, with his lawyer Donald Etra telling press: "Snoop enjoys the presumption of innocence just like everyone else".

Snoop was facing charges from September 27th, when he was arrested at the John Wayne International Airport for allegedly carrying a 21-inch collapsible baton.

The rapper and actor since told police that his reason for carrying the weapon, was because it was a prop for a movie he is starring in.

However, Snoop Dogg must return once again to court on December 12th for different charges, of possessing drugs and a firearm after being arrested again on October 26th at Bob Hope Airport.
