Stones Throw Reissue Rare J Dilla Ruff Draft Album

Stones Throw are to reissue the ultra rare Ruff Draft album by the late J Dilla, by giving it a new lease of life and making it widely available for the first time.

The original album was released on vinyl-only in 2003, on Dilla's own Mummy Records.

Now it will be available again in March 2007 on double vinyl and 2CD set, including bonus vocal tracks, interludes and instrumentals. The audio is taken from the original master tapes.

Ruff Draft is the second posthumous album for J Dilla, after BBE Records released the fantastic The Shining in the Summer.
