Animal Collective To Release People EP

Fans of the Animal Collective will probably be aware of a recent limited edition tour EP named People. Well now the good folks at FatCat will be giving the four-track collection a full issue in the New Year.
Three of the EP's tracks were recorded during the same sessions as the band's current album Feels in April 2005 with producer Scott Colburn, while a fourth song is a live version of the title track.
Also making an appearance and joining Animal Collective, is violinist Eyvind Kng and Kristin Anna Valtysdottir (of Mum fame). Released on January 22nd 2007, People will be available on 12", CD and download formats.
