Foxy Brown Misses Yet Another Court Appearance

Rapper Foxy Brown missed a court date yesterday and as a result, she has been threatened with a bench warrant for her arrest.

Reports state that Brown sent a letter to Criminal Court Judge Melissa Jackson, claiming she was unable to attend the scheduled hearing in New York on October 23rd, as she was undergoing oral surgery.

The court then stated that if Foxy Brown failed to turn up to court today (October 24th), then a warrant would be issued for her arrest. The incident is not the first time the rap star has failed to attend court, as she missed dates in both July and August.

The case claims that in August 2004, Brown assaulted two women at a nail salon in Manhattan over a $20 manicure payment. If Foxy is sentenced to jail, she could face up to 1 year in prison.
