Foxy Brown Misses Court Date

Foxy Brown failed to turn up at court yesterday to answer charges of harrassment, terrorist threats and verbal abuse filed against her by a former assistant.
The assistant claims that when she tried to collect back pay after resigning from her job, Brown and two others turned up at her new place of employment and threatened her.
The reason the rapper was not present at court is not yet known, and a new date has apparently been set for the 23rd August.
Foxy is also due to appear in court on the 17th for assaulting two nail salon employees in August 2004 following an argument over payment.
