Adem has finished work on his second solo album, which will be released by Domino in May.

The new album is the follow-up to Adem's beautiful debut, Homesongs which came out in 2004.

Entitled Love And Other Planets, the long-player features 12 new Adem tracks and will be in shops on April 24th.

The singer-songwriter and Fridge member will be touring the UK this April and May. For the full set of tour dates, see below.
