Liquid Liquid - Cavern

New York's post-punkers Liquid Liquid only had a short-lived career (1980-83) and released just a handful of EPs, but the foursome's music had such an impact that their influence can be still heard today.
Most famously, the bassline from their track 'Cavern' - you'll know exactly which one when you hear it - was sampled on Grandmaster Flash and Melle Mel's classic 'White Lines (Don't Do It)'.
Domino Records have compiled those rarer-than-hen's teeth singles, bundled them together with recordings of the band live in action and will be releasing it this month as the compilation 'Slip In & Out Of Phenomenon'. Now here is a video for the above mentioned 'Cavern'.
