Get Well Soon - Prelude

Get Well Soon is the project of Berlin-based Konstantin Gropper, who for the past two years has been recording and producing the album Rest Now, Weary Head! You Will Get Well Soon.
Born as the son to a classical music teacher, his father has obviously influenced the cello, violin, trumpet and piano-filled music somewhat. His stunning sound is an amalgamation of Efterklang meets Patrick Wolf, that dips into everything from folk and electronics, classical to European brass, plus Morricone soundtracks to tango.
Already available in the States (via City Slang) the album will get a UK issue on May 26th, after the forthcoming double a-side You/Aurora/You/Seaside & Christmas In Adventure Parks is released on May 5th.
