MGMT - MGMT In London - Volume 1

You should have heard of MGMT by now, that is unless you've been in a coma for the last month. Well last week this US duo played a sold-out show in London at the ICA (members of Kaiser Chiefs and Klaxons were in the audience), and while they were over here they filmed a series of short video blog / diary entries.
The first part, hence the Volume 1 tag the video is joined by, sees Andrew Vanwyngarden and Ben Goldwasser giving a very tongue-in-cheek view of why us Brits like (or should that be adore) the Yanks so much. And even if they rode through London on tanks, we'd still worship these guys.
This week is also special for MGMT, as they give their acclaimed Oracular Spectacular album a release here in the UK, featuring the cult single Time To Pretend (read our single review).
