Rings - Mom Dance

We talked about Rings a couple of days ago and how they were born from the ashes of Paw Track's First Nation.
The band will probably get more attention from their second album Black Habit due to the links on the record; a new member of the group is Abby Portner (sister of Animal Collective's Dave Portner) and helping on production is former Mum starlet Kristin Anna Valtysdottir.
The first taster of the 2008 record (get full info on the album in this article) is Mom Dance and it appears the band are still as brilliant as their first album suggested - heavily percussive, loose circling rhythms and interesting vocal arrangements, where their voices become instruments in themselves.
