The Funky Side Of Life is taken from the new Madlib project Sound Directions. The collective are a funk / breaks band that formed in 2003 after Madlib's Shades Of Blue album with Yesterdays New Quintet.
Sound Directions have a full length album, also entitled The Funky Side Of Life out in October.
