Sharan Dhami

My life is pretty simple. I'm 18 and just finishing college in West London. The rest of my time is spent with music in someway or another, or on my Mega Drive of course.

There are a lot of bands that I am completely infatuated at the moment such as the Klaxons, Komakino and Enter Shakiri, and then of course there is my all time favourite bands such as Radiohead and The Monkees!

Other artists that I really enjoy listening to are Mystery Jets, Bloc Party, The Presets, Knife, Girls Aloud, Jeremy Warmsley, Forward Russia, Jay Z, Brand New, Idiot Pilot, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Fields. Ok, I am sure this list is becoming slightly tedious now so I will just say that I do not dismiss any genre.

If I can relate/enjoy/dance to it, I will most probably like it. I love going to gigs, not just in London but all over the country. I like being at the front barrier in a sweaty, compromising and highly uncomfortable situation, but then hearing the first bar of music and suddenly forgetting all of that. Then I like going home and writing about it on paper and sending it to AngryApe!
