Vashti Bunyan
Vashti Bunyan is a folk singer-songwriter who eluded fame in the 60's with her poorly promoted classic, Just Another Diamond Day.
She was even billed as a female Bob Dylan, but lack of interest from her label resulted in a short-ended career.
In recent years, the album Just Another Diamond Day has been a full reissue, sparking new interest in Vashti's music.
She has since signed to the FatCat label and recorded her second album Lookaftering, decades after the original landed.
In 2006, the title track from Just Another Diamond Day featured in a TV advert for T Mobile.
