Apart from his brief spell in South American politics, little is known about Utabi Hirokawa; he prefers to let his music speak for him, explaining the high presence of electronically synthesised burps, farts, groans, gurgles and swearwords mixed in with the future disco, 8-bit drum breakdowns, all-natural melodies and FM synthesis.
