Primal Scream

Indie legends Primal Scream are a kind of supergroup, comprising of members from past bands.

Vocalist and frontman Bobby Gillespie was the drummer in Jesus & Mary Chain, Martin Duffy was a member of the group Felt and bassist Mani is better known for his time in influential indie band The Stone Roses.

When on tour, Primal Scream are joined by acclaimed guitarist Kevin Shields from the influential shoe-gazing band My Bloody Valentine. Shields also produces some of the group's tracks.

Their Screamadelica album was the moment Primal Scream really become huge, fusing together elements of house, indie and dub. Since the band have explored all three genres over several albums and have become one of the hottest touring groups around.
