The Notorious B.I.G. (also known as Biggie Smalls) was an extremely successful Brooklyn rapper during the 90s, and was voted the greatest MC of all time by The Source magazine.

His career unfortunately came to an abrupt end when on 9th March 1997 he was shot six times after a VIBE Magazine party in Los Angeles, and died almost immediately.
