MINT is Murray Fisher, co-owner of Boltfish recordings. As well as his involvement in the label, he also works as a graphic designer and runs urban clothing label Trickster.
His music covers an eclectic range of genres but always uses carefully crafted melody as a common thread. His production and composition for boltfish delves into the style of playful nursery rhyme tunes accompanied by stuttering beats and atmospheres.
Tracks such as 'albert the bull' exemplify just this blend. Both this and 'eskimo hole' feature on Raw42 Music's "Machinations V4.2", whilst 'when i was yours' featured exclusively on Sutemos MP3 release "Intelligent Toys 2". He has also recorded solo releases for Duotone Records, LacedMilk, Kahvi and others.
MINT collaborates with boltfish co-owner CHEjU. He also produces library music for Gulp and Raw42.
