Little Boots AKA Victoria Hesketh (born 1984), is an English singer and songwriter who makes electropop. She was born in Blackpool, Lancashire in 1984.

Before her career as Little Boots, Victoria took part in music talent show Pop Idol, but was eliminated after three rounds.

After this, she formed the indie-pop three-piece Dead Disco in 2005 (along with Lucy Catherwood and Marie France), but the group disbanded after releasing four limited edition singles - 'The Treatment', 'City Place', 'Automatic' and 'You're Out'.

Then came along her debut single as Little Boots, 'Stuck On Repeat', which arrived in early 2008. A handful singles / EPs subsequently followed and her debut solo album 'Hands' will be released in June 2009.

Hesketh has collaborated with Human League frontman Phil Oakey, on the song 'Symmetry'.
