Lil' Wayne (real name Dwayne Michael Carter) is an American rapper and president of the Cash Money Records label and Young Money Entertainment.
Wayne's solo career began aged 16 with the release of Tha Block Is Hot, however it was not until he released Tha Carter in 2004 that he claimed to have finally perfected his trade.
