LCD Soundsystem
LCD Soundsystem is a group led by James Murphy, who also happens to be the co-founder of popular label DFA Records.
The music of LCD Soundsystem fuses dance, punk, disco, house etc which led to the critically acclaimed 2005 self-titled debut album.
2006 also saw founder James Murphy record a special 45 minute and 33 second long piece of music for Nike, entitled 45:33.
The DFA Records label which he runs, has released music by the likes of: The Rapture, Black Dice, Hot Chip and The Juan Maclean.
