Dr Octagon is a side project of rapper Kool Keith.
Kool Keith started out as an MC in the influential hip hop crew Ultramagnetic MC's, before launching a solo career when they split.
For the first Dr Octagon album, Kool Keith teamed up with Dan "The Automator", and together they made the 1996 album Dr Octagonecologyst.
