Beenie Man AKA Anthony Moses Davis, is a dancehall star from Kingston, Jamaica. Besides being an acclaimed ragga MC, he is also a well respected and established DJ.
His music career started at a very early age (just 10 years old), with Davis' first album "The Invincible Beenie Man: The Ten Year Old DJ Wonder", being released not long after. From there he has gone on to release countless albums and is a prolific musician on the dancehall raggae scene.
His controversial homophobic lyrics have landed him in trouble previously, with MTV and many gay / lesbian activists threatening to boycott his music.
